We duplicate shotgun stocks and rifle stocks for Remington, Winchester, Browning, Savage, Beretta, LC Smith, AH Fox, Parker, Marlin, Perazzi, Krieghoff, Martini, Stevens, Ithaca and many others.
Logs are processed, by our TimberKing sawmill, into flitches-gunstocks-billets where they are anchor sealed and stacked onto pallets in our 3,000 square foot air dry facility. We have plenty of options for your shotgun stock including Claro walnut, English walnut, Turkish walnut, and American Walnut. All grades of Maple stock blanks and much more.also may options of laminate stock blanks.
When shotgun stock blanks and rifle stock blanks are processed, dried and ready for carving, stock blanks are then drilled on our precision Industrial lathe equipment. and stock blanks are milled/shaped on our precision multi-spindle master carver stock duplication equipment.
Mostly our business is machine inlet wood replacement rifle stocks or shotgun stocks to novice installers and gunsmith's. Our unique process of taking it from log to carved stock here at our facility, creates a huge savings and a better quality gunstocks to our customers.
